PRIVATE DIGITAL CONTENT, KEPT OFFLINE
Everkeep is offline physical custody for private digital content that belongs only to you — personal photos, videos, journals, messages and other files. You encrypt it on your own drives; we keep the media in an offline vault without ever seeing the contents.
Everkeep 专门保管只属于你自己的私密数字内容——个人照片、视频、文字记录、消息及其他文件。你将它们自行加密到实体介质中;我们把介质存入离线金库,始终看不到其中内容。

VAULT SECURITY MONITORING
Our Data Security Officer monitors the facility around the media—not the private content inside it. The physical security picture brings surveillance, alarms, room access, inspections and environmental conditions into one disciplined operating view.
THE CUSTODY JOURNEY
You prepare two bit-identical encrypted drives. We verify the match without decrypting them, then store each copy in a separate location.
Choose the physical media you trust. Two matching copies are required.
Encrypt both copies yourself. The password and recovery key stay with you.
Pack and ship your sealed media using our intake guide.
We number, photograph, seal and place each copy in separate offline custody.
We never touch your plaintext. We cannot read what you store.
THREE PROMISES
Private by design. Offline by physics. Cared for by humans.
You encrypt before shipping. We receive ciphertext, never your key — so your contents are technically out of our reach.
ZERO KNOWLEDGEYour media is stored without a network connection. It cannot be reached through an online account, app or cloud breach.
AIR GAPPEDWe manage physical custody, annual checks, renewal reminders and your approved future instructions.
LONG-TERM CARETIME CAPSULE
Choose a future date to have your media returned to you, forwarded to someone important, or destroyed. You receive reminders 30 and 7 days before the date, and you can cancel at any time.
No response never means “execute.” Silence means continued custody. Destruction is never triggered by silence.
Read the safeguards →VAULT READING ROOM
Book a supervised visit to read or copy from your drive. Your original media is transferred internally, opened only in the reading room, and returned to custody after the session.
One session per year is included. Additional sessions are $99 each.
ONE CLEAR PRICE
We charge by physical device slot, not by gigabyte. Your invoice never needs to reveal what — or how much — you store.
Prototype pricing. Final service terms and availability will be confirmed before enrollment.
MADE FOR PRIVATE THINGS
Personal photographs, journals and private archives you do not want living in a cloud account.
Years of family photos and videos, kept in two matching copies and separated by location.
Master files, drafts and source materials that deserve a deliberate long-term home.
CLEAR ANSWERS
A deliberate home for private memories, family archives and original work — beyond the reach of the network.
PRICING
Custody is priced by the physical slot, not by file count or capacity. The invoice never needs to reveal what you keep.
OFFLINE CUSTODY
Bring your own encrypted media. Two bit-identical copies are the recommended custody standard and are stored in separate locations.
Prototype pricing. Taxes, shipping and final legal terms are not yet confirmed.
OPTIONAL SERVICES
Additional charges are tied to a specific physical action, not to the amount of data on the device.
If you arrive with one copy, Everkeep can create the second encrypted copy for $30 or the actual media cost, subject to the final service terms.
One supervised session per year is included. Additional sessions are listed at $99 each.
Inbound, return or designated-recipient shipping is charged at the actual carrier cost.

HOW IT WORKS
You choose the media and encrypt it. Everkeep handles the physical chain: intake, verification of matching ciphertext, sealing and separate storage.
Prepare a primary and backup suitable for long-term storage. Both should contain the same encrypted data.
Use full-volume encryption and keep the password and recovery information somewhere safe and separate.
Follow the intake guide, record the device serial numbers, and send both copies to the designated receiving address.
Everkeep records each manufacturer serial number, assigns an EK-YYYY-NNNN custody number, applies a numbered seal and photographs the sealed media.
The primary and backup are stored in different locations. Facility security is monitored; the media stays disconnected from every network.
THE EVERKEEP SEAL
The brass seal is more than a visual signature. It connects the public promise to an operating record: custody number, manufacturer serial, close-up seal image and full-device photographs.
Custody ID · device serial · seal status · intake photographs · primary/backup location record · verifier sign-off
AFTER INTAKE
A record tying your device to its custody number and seal evidence.
A scheduled physical condition check and exception record.
Clear notice before the next custody period begins.
See exactly what zero knowledge protects—and what it cannot do.
SECURITY
Everkeep does not promise to resist curiosity. The service is designed so the contents arrive already beyond our reach.
THE ARCHITECTURE
The monitoring system protects the building around the media. It never connects to the media itself.
Plaintext and keys stay under your control before shipment.
The device travels as an encrypted object, not a readable account.
The sealed media has no network path and no remote interface.
HONEST LIMITS
These are not missing features. They are the consequences of keeping the key outside the service.
If the recovery information is lost, Everkeep cannot decrypt or restore access.
We do not browse filenames, preview media or validate the meaning of what is stored.
The custody model has no online file browser, app or cloud copy.
Customers must use the service lawfully. Everkeep responds to valid legal process while preserving the technical fact that it does not hold decryption keys.

HUMAN OVERSIGHT
The Data Security Officer’s operating view combines facility surveillance, physical alarms, storage-room access records, inspection logs, and room-level temperature and humidity. Those systems protect the custody environment while the encrypted media remains air-gapped.
Follow both copies from preparation through intake and separate custody.
TIME CAPSULE
Choose a date and prepare an instruction to return, forward or destroy physical media. Notice periods and human confirmation keep you in control.
THREE INSTRUCTIONS
A capsule is an approved future instruction attached to a custody record—not a background automation that acts without review.
Schedule a future return to your confirmed address, with notice before shipment.
Prepare a future delivery to a designated recipient after identity and address reconfirmation.
Authorize documented destruction with a certificate—but only after the required confirmation path.
THE SAFETY SEQUENCE
Review the date, action, recipient and address.
Confirm, change or cancel the prepared instruction.
The custody record and confirmations are checked before action.
Silence pauses the instruction; it never authorizes destruction.
RECIPIENT ACCESS
An encrypted drive without its key is a brick. If a capsule names another person, you must plan a separate, secure way for that person to receive the recovery information. Everkeep does not store that key.
The reading room keeps the custody chain intact.
VAULT READING ROOM
A supervised offline session lets you read or copy from your device without taking the primary media home.
YOUR VISIT
Choose an available appointment and identify the custody record you need.
Authorized staff transfer the sealed media from custody to the reading room.
Use an offline workstation under supervision. Bring a clean destination device if you need a copy.
The original media is checked and returned to its storage location with a recorded handoff.
THREE RETRIEVAL PATHS
FAQ
The hardest questions are the ones that define the service: keys, physical custody, retrieval and future instructions.
ALL QUESTIONS
ABOUT EVERKEEP
Everkeep began with a simple tension: some digital things are too important to delete and too private to leave in an always-connected account.
“The promise is not that we choose not to look. It is that the service is built so we cannot.”
WHY THIS EXISTS
Cloud storage makes access effortless, but that is not the right tradeoff for every memory, private archive or original file. Everkeep is designed for the smaller set of digital possessions you want deliberately removed from the network and placed under accountable physical care.
The model is intentionally narrow: you own the media, you perform the encryption, and you keep the key. Everkeep manages the physical object and the long-term custody work around it.
OPERATING PRINCIPLES
Everkeep is not an online vault, a secret-sharing app or a promise of permanence. It is a physical custody service with a clear technical boundary.
WHAT COMES NEXT
Early access begins with conversation, intake documentation and counsel-reviewed service terms—not a self-serve checkout.
Show how encryption, intake and physical custody fit together.
Finalize the custody agreement, privacy policy and loss procedures.
Learn from a small number of real custody relationships before automation.
You do not need to disclose sensitive details to ask whether Everkeep fits.
CONTACT
Tell us the type of physical media you are considering—not the private contents. We can explain whether the custody model fits and what preparation would be required.
EMAIL EVERKEEP
No upload form. No sensitive file names. Just a direct conversation about media type, copies, timeline and access needs.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
Do not email passwords, recovery keys, private filenames, identity documents or the content itself.
BEFORE ENROLLMENT
Accepted formats, copy requirements and safe shipment preparation.
Pricing, custody period, liability, retrieval and overdue handling.
The verified destination and intake reference for your shipment.
TERMS OF SERVICE
This public summary describes the intended service model. It is not yet the final service agreement.
Everkeep intends to provide physical custody of customer-owned encrypted storage media. The service does not include cloud storage, remote file access, legal document custody, password recovery or decryption.
Media is assigned a custody number, recorded by manufacturer serial number, photographed, sealed and placed under a documented custody process. When two matching copies are accepted, they are intended to be stored separately.
Access may be provided by permanent return, an approved temporary loan or a supervised reading-room session. Future-dated return, forwarding and destruction instructions remain subject to notice, confirmation and recorded human review. Silence does not authorize forwarding or destruction.
Prototype prices shown on this site are not final. The signed agreement will govern charges, renewal, grace periods, overdue handling, contact attempts and any pre-authorized destruction process.
Final limits, insurance language, force-majeure allocation, Ontario law and dispute terms require counsel review. Everkeep intends to respond to valid legal process while accurately stating that it does not hold customer decryption keys.
PRIVACY
Everkeep’s intended privacy model separates custody metadata from the encrypted content on your media.
Custody records support intake, physical security, notices, access, billing, legal compliance and the documented return or destruction of media. Access should be limited to authorized operating roles and retained only as required by the final service and legal obligations.
Physical security systems may record controlled-area video, alarms, access events, inspection results and environmental readings. They protect the storage environment and are not connected to customer media.
The final policy will explain how to request access to, correction of or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to custody, financial, safety and legal recordkeeping requirements.
Privacy questions can be sent to lowtherbrent@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, recovery keys or private content.
